Does Calucag Care Home, Inc. accept both men and women?
Yes, provided they are compatible with the rest of the residents.
What are resident’s monthly rates?
Monthly rate starts from $6,000.00 at Kaimuki and $4,500.00 for Salt Lake, Aiea, and Hawaii Kai area plus Excise Tax. Rates vary depending on the level of care of the resident. ICF and Hospice patient are slightly higher.
What services are included in the monthly service fee?
The monthly service fee includes the following:
- Twenty four (24) hour nursing care to each of our residents
- Medication administration and monitoring
- Assistance with daily activities including personal care, assist/give bath and physical exercise
- Three (3) home cooked meals and snacks
- Cleaning and laundry/linen service
- Scheduling medical appointments
- Transportation to and from medical appointments
- Companionship and someone who cares for each resident
What is the admissions process for Calucag Care Home, Inc.?
The three steps to admission:
- We assess the resident and at the same time request the family to visit the home and meet the current residents. During the visit, we discuss the care we provide, care home policy and the monthly service fee.
- We secure all the necessary documents required for admission. Calucag Care Home, Inc. will help and guide you through the process from start to finish.
- Calucag Care Home, Inc. requires a security deposit equal to the monthly rate quoted for saving the bed.
